Mean while Jervis Tetch(Spall) a prominent business man has come to Gotham to Possibly open a new division for wayne enterprises, Dealing with hypnosis. When the deal goes south Jervis Tetch(Spall) Goes into a Deep Depression. Where he becomes Delusional, Schizophrenic, and Homicidal. Over all becoming the " The Mad Hatter" Declaring to make Gotham into his "personal wonderland" . Completely inammered with the new blonde bombshell journalist Vicky Vale(Bibb). He targets her as his "Alice" and "Catwoman" as his "Cheshire cat". Will this be the event that brings the Dark Knight back into the light?
