After Lita's match with Dean Milenko. Dean was fucking around with Lita through the match and Matt jumped in with a chair, she won it. That's where this video comes in, the first kiss was Matt's reaction to her winning, he then gets awkward and starts to leave. Lita follows him, spins him around and that's where the second one comes in.
