  • WIAT... Did he said "the Spanish region of Catalonia IN Barcelona? I think I´m hearing the wrong thing, but if he said that, it´s the oppsite: Barcelona is IN Catalonia, and Catalonia is not a region, is an Autonomous Community ^^

  • @CarmenMCS He says, "While Andorrans speak Catalan — and have an affinity for the Spanish region of Catalunya and Barcelona — the commercial environment here is international as can be."

  • The best thing about Andorra: It's the only country where Català is the official language!

  • Pretty cool little country. I heard that it's like 150 miles big. Is that true?

  • I have never in my life heard of Andorra described as "rough and tumble".

  • Visca els catalans!

  • so perfect!! I've been skiing there for 1 week and I'm in love...dont go to switzerland or the Alpes those are too fancy...Andorra is the best skiing and living country ever! long live Andorra and Beligium (Spain is awesome too....)

  • @AustriaRollerblading It is. And that makes it even prettier.

  • I would love to live in a quaint little country like Andorra. It's up there in the top 5 European countries for me, along with Iceland, Norway, Denmark, and Sweden. ^^

You ARE allowed to go outside the city limits... I fail to see the problem. You dont have to apply for a visa to drive 2 hours down to Barcelona forexample. Monaco, Lichtenstein, the Vatican. Same thing there. They retain their own laws and traditions but are obviously otherwise not cut off from the outside world. A tourist traveling in Nice wont notice he has gone into Monaco unless he is told. Its not like there are huge fences and gun turrets and you have to show your papers.
