$14,024 is the average yearly income in the DTEAS. In the US there are hundreds of communities that fall under this and infact one has a yearly average income of $1,539. Drug use in some of these communties of far greater. Humans are Humans and yet you are one who making racist insinuations. As for Botswana claim - according to the World Health Organization that is not true. Additionally DTEAD residents have a life expectancy of around 66-68 years. Botswana 37.
