@kyryll You really want to stay away from starchy grains like oats. I'd say try out quinoa which cooks the same as rice. Or black rice.

what is more alkaline oats, bran flakes, or all bran... from what i know so far based on their pH levels this is the order from alkaline to acidic: all bran-- bran flakes---oat meal
