Very Small Pupil with total psterior synechia, dilated using the Beehler then kept dilated with the flexible Iris Retractors. It was a hard cataract too. Went really well, Thank God.

  • its possible to do so, but it has to be discovered and corrected as the lens power calculation and designed to optimized for the default position and if not put that way, it will result in a less optimum refractive result.
