@Forkez The probability in getting 1 2 3 4 5 6 is the same as for any other combination e.g. 15 34 2 9 28 19.

The probability of the coin being heads depends on the geometry of the coin, if its symmetric then it's 50% otherwise it's slightly more or less than 50%.

Sean Locke on chance is right though. The thing about lottery is that there's a much larger chance of the number NOT being 123456 than it is of being so.

Also with the coin flipping thing, the chance of it being heads is still 50%. The fact that it's heads 510 times out of a thousand or whatever has nothing to do with there still being just two sides to a coin. If there were other factors included, the chances might shift, but every time you flip a coin it's a 1 in 2 chance it lands on either.
