For one season, I am not sure--Perhaps Reggie Jackson? He sure was a good homerun slugger--THat is a good baseball trivia question!

Not in person--we really DID have NOSEBLEED seats--But I watched the TV news and saw it there--We had a GREAT overall view of the stadium...Next yr, we gotta sit CLOSER to the field...Hubby is not the baseball fanatic (or GIANTS fan) that I am--LOL!

San Francisco is GORGEOUS--if you can get OVER fog and overcast til NOON everyday--that strikes me as strange! I think that Chrissie Hynde is a BEAUTIFUL woman!

Oh yes! I miss my SF Giants--unfortunately, it wasn't a GOOD year AGAIN this year...I feel for the POOR Cubbie fans! I do NOT want to see those DODGERS play in the World Series!

I know that American grants many interests to the statistics of the sportsmen. and the baseball is the sport of the statistics.

I just looked it up--Apparently, Barry Bonds hit 73 homeruns in ONE season, Mark McGuire hit 70 in one season and Sammy Sosa had 68 homeruns one season! Good question :)
