NOTE: The "flag" that is talked about in this video was a blue banner that had a heart symbol and read: "99".

They usually send these guys to protests that are peaceful. But when protesters start acting like asshats, they send the other guys.

He seems like a nice policeman, but then again, most of them are. I don't know how they remain so nice when they have to deal with all of those rude little animals.
