Hi, this is Perspective Detective. I haven't made any videos in a long time, and I'd like to explain why that is. See, I had to get a new computer about a year ago. In every measurable way, it's superior to my old computer, except for one thing. When I try to use it for video editing, it can't handle anything more complicated than stringing pictures together and adding audio. If I try to do anything more with it than I'm doing right now, it slows to a crawl or crashes if it's feeling especially uncooperative.

This is annoying, since I collected footage for several new videos after I got this computer and I can't do anything with it. I'll probably have to wait to return to my old style until I get a new computer, or new software, or something. In the meantime, I'm planning to branch out a bit.
