And in my opinion, if there is one season of The Apprentice that you should not miss, it is the third season.

Sure, Kelly can follow orders and give them, but for sure Jen would have grown into the role better as a skilled, poised negotiator. Do you want a Yes Man? Apparently you do. I wouldn't have hired Kelly though. He IS wooden, and has little imagination. True, he did have a better record winning. They just have different leadership styles. Men would obviously choose another man that fits a mould. I don't think any of the 16 candidates were stellar in Season 2.

I really liked Jen. The reason her teammates hated her is because she called them out on their bullshit whenever they tried to scheme about her or someone else. And she stood up for Stacie J when Ivana claimed she was hiding in the corner and little Stacy claimed it was the scariest moment of her life. She didn't need to lie about other people to make herself look good.

Trump was searching for a reason not to pick Jen and was getting frustrated when she was owning Kelly over and over again.

Jen was by far the best choice, but compared to season 1 candidates, maybe not. Season 1 was filled with many people who would do great at running a company and Season 2, though had a lot of intelligent people, lacked the creativity the original cast possessed.

Trump was terrible how he made Jen think that she was the winner, just before he said she's fired. Nevertheless, Trump made the right call hiring Kelly, because he's more solid, consistent and decisive and he was born with exceptional leadership instincts that Jen lacks, she at times leeches on the sucess of others, she is very beautiful and intelligent though, but is very manipulative and is not respected very well.
