That is so funny! It is SO CLEAR that the G35 was not racing! When will people understand that forced induction is amazing, but it still does not compare to more cylinders and bigger engines. Now if you had turbo, then maybe you can beat him but it would've been so close

@xhch2008x i agree i've been dead even with a g35 before with my 2.0t GC and when i raced a se-r he had no chance.....we raced three different times all with him pulling me from the line!!

I just picked up a 2010 Spec-V. I have also been working for Nissan/Infiniti for about 7 years, and have driven pretty much every model they make. The Spec-V is quick for a 4 banger, and I love mine, but the VQ in the G35 is a beast, and there is no way with such basic mods that you pulled him that hard.

if you're that close to a 15.3 ralliart and a rsx's/si's then i can see you beating one of the slower auto g35 sedans, but anything that decently well (mine) will walk you. i put lengths on si's and rsx's pretty quickly if they're stock. i have two mods that gave me about 10whp over stock, and i have an auto 03 with 260hp. 14.17 best ET, 100.56 best trap. i wouldn't say the new spec v's can keep up. they're pretty slow.
