    我覺得我做完差不多要趴一星期吧...

  • 我只选了其中几部来做一个星期后肚腩真的平了,不见已久的腰身也­回来了~~ 可是不能过量,受不了了就得休息,他的太激烈了,不是没跟人都能­应付

  • 姿勢不正確的話,容易傷脊椎,初學者不太建議

  • 起碼都一個月先有(如果脂肪少的話)

  • 有冇人試過?七天有冇練到六塊腹肌?

  • 我做了7天,腹肌从0块练到了2块,但是没有毅力再坚持下去了。­

  • 如果本身有肚腩咁點做=.=

  • 开始真的很难,经常抽筋, 不过做旧了真的感觉很不同

  • 我做得到!

    所以如果一直練第一天是不太會有結果的
