Bad Ideas In Action #22: cutting 0.020" thick aluminum sheet with a tablesaw. This is dangerous and you should not try it. I'm posting this as a demo. This will trash a blade, and I'm using a worn-out blade. The finer the teeth, the better it works: this is a cabinetry blade from Diablo. You can tell when you're feeding the material too fast because the hot aluminum chips hit you so hard they sting: a very slow feed will just shower out powder. Eye protection, ear protection, face shield, are absolutely necessary. Body armor is advisable because a kickback with metal could kill you.
