Bob Yen Jr testing his scratch built lighting system, lighted tail blades and MS Composite Tag Blades. Bob is the Project Manager of the "Heli-Girlz" RC Heli team. Dude, when this video was shot, it was for video the testing of the light system. I wanted to make sure that the lighting system would not interfere with the Tx & Rx systems. As you will notice that there is a custom built lighting system on the bottom of the heli. Inside this the lighting control box are many circuits. I did not know if it would cause glitches. a bright red LED is located on the top side of the boom, and there is a photo electric eye on the underside of the blades. when the blade spins, the eye crosses over the sensor on the boom. A CPU, associated lighting diodes and lithium polymer batteries are inside the blades.
