Doug Doppler from Orange introduces the ultra high gain Jim Root Terror Head and Cab. Developed in association with the Stone Sour and Slipknot axeman, this 15-watter is switchable down to 7 watts and offers 3-band EQ, as well as a gain pot and a 12AT7-driven FX loop. The 2 x 12" closed-back speaker cabinet has been developed alongside the head to provide Jim's full tone. Enjoy the overview, and don't forget to check Sweetwater.com for more info!

  • @daos227 nope, the Dark Terror has the preamp of the TH series, which is based on the Rockerverb, and the Jim Root signature is based on the Rockerverb, so they're all based on the Rockerverb.

  • Would love to buy this but I don't like the idea of having a artist signature amp. Considering the Dark Terror though.

  • What kind of speakers are in that cab?

  • thats fucking smart. jim's finally got his own head

  • Looks fuckin' smart.

  • "Jim Root Terror Head" read the fucking thing before clicking it.

  • @Blakealakeley1

I am not saying that! Listen to what he says - he says it (Jim Roots!) has the preamp section of the rockerverb unlike the Dark Terror which has the preamp section of the Thunderverb series!!

  • @daos227 This isn't a dark terror.

  • @daos227 But this isn't a Dark Terror is it?

  • ya no over priced junk like the rest of orange amps
