  • The RotoPac will not only compact shrink wrap but is able to compact a continuous stream of plastic off a line. It is a rotary compactor and does not operate like a ram compactor. Compaction can reach 12 to 1 reduction. Please call to discuss your application and learn about our 2 week free trial. Based on what youre currently paying for waste hauling you could pay for the RotoPac within the year. Leasing and rental options as well.

  • I used to repair these in Australia and can tell you they are rubbish, the hydraulic motors keep stripping drive splines as the shaft diameter is too small, rubbish builds up in the rotator drum and destroys the drive motor, rust is the biggest problem. They create dust and need to be cleaned. Not enough design input to avoid health and safety concerns.

  • thank goodness it didnt say troll free!

  • Mil-tek better cause you can use there compactors any where. sadly i heard this KenBay compactor is hydraulic so its limted on where can work. like a food production area or other places that have strick guide lines. a Mil-tek compactor just use's compressed air. Where al other compactors use Electric motors or like the KenBay & other use hydraulic power.

  • Huh, very interesting. Works great!

  • 02:00 but it's not super-efficient when your employee has to throw the waste over-head. Better would be him standing above the compactor and let gravity do the work: just let the waste fall down into the machine.

  • KenBay currently has 5 of these machines running constantly in Australia. One of them had the splines stripped as you mention. Turns out someone fiddled with the timers and the gears were stopping and going back as they are supposed to but were going so fast as to jerk instead of a timely return. Maybe the machines built for Australia are a different build that the ones we use in the US. These are strong and can take quite a punishment.

  • I used to install and repair these systems in Australia, in a real world they aren't as good as they say they are, the splines in the hydraulic motors kept stripping as the motors produced too much torque compared to the work needed to do, rust and dust was a problem, not to mention stupidity from user abuse.Simply put they aren't strong enough, and I know!!!!!

  • Awesome product. Would work great in an abortion clinic.

  • Thanks man for your great job, we have brought this machine today in our plant &

I really got benefits from this video .
