The book is incredible! Its thought provoking, gripping & tender all at once. Jacqueline invites the reader to step into Sam's shoes allowing your heart to beat with hers, to hear her desperate cry, to feel her passion as she falls for Benjamin & to understand her desire to run when life seems out of control. I have no doubt that the Bargain is the first of many page turning novels & the beginning of a successful career for the "southern belle", Miss Jackie!
