@iTzzEuphoriaaaaaa I know this is a year late but for everyones info the shaft spins 3 times as fast as the rotors. So if you watch the video there was one exhaust pulse, and possibly a second on the other rotor per turn. Thats why higher rpms are possible as the 3:1 ratio allows for it. in the video its spinning backwards too. The ports in the middle plate are the intake and the hole on the outer ring is the exhaust.

@lilaznmage15 HAH no. They are considerably LESS reliable, but boast less moving parts and better power to weight ratio, too bad you have to rebuild them a hell of a lot more often

That guy is a fuckin idiot, rx8 in japan might be turbo but not here in the US, here they are non turbo and are about 250hp
