CampusEAI is proud to announce the upcoming release of myCampus 7, featuring an improved web 2.0 experience. myCampus 7 introduces myMessages, a consolidated application for alerts that allows faculty, staff and campus leaders to send messages to users and groups. Other features include enhanced Banner integration and myCampus eCourses, a social learning platform for online classes and blended courses.

Obama and retention rates:
Last week, President Obama emphasized the importance of student retention in higher education. He explained that improved retention rates are essential to reach his goal of having the world's highest proportion of college graduates by 2020. America was once number one in ranking, but has since fallen to 12. According to President Obama, more than a third of American college students fail to earn a degree within six years.
