i also agree that it is a bad idea as you could place a tree or a eco sign like a de-gradeable one, which is cheap to replace. maybe wooden sign with an ingraving or a little plack

Before you call someone's idea stupid, perhaps you should get a better grasp on grammar or you come across as ignorant (check the rules for apostrophes -- they don't just mean "here comes an 's'").

This is stupid. People will never do that. People want to locate their loved one's. I love the idea of placing a tree or some kind of plant. So not only will my body go back to the earth, but it will go to something living itself. Makes a bit more sense if you ask me. Dont you think its less green if you have to use GPS to find someone? A plant makes more sense.
