There is no proof that God is a male.
I interpreted Santiago's quote on God as a joke. She was merely giving a witty reply to Sotto when he called out on the plenary for pretending to be all-knowing. What Sotto said was weak & irrelevant. They're debating, and it's stupid to mention God as an excuse not to be able to keep up in an intelligent discourse. It's hilarious Sotto took the comment seriously. He stayed up for two hours to think about that? HAHA!

Dapat isipin naman ni Senator Sotto na ang pagpasa ng bagong batas ay kailangang naayon sa mga naturang nakaraang batas para continue ang epekto na ito. Hindi ka naman pwedeng mag experemento ng mabisang solusyon para sa bagong ASPIRIN without sa mga existing engridients na. Ganyan ang pagkakaintindi ko sa RH BILL. Ini enhance lang ang engridients at epekto nito.Hindi naman kase kayo naging mambabatas para e preserve ninyo ang mg existing laws nandyan kayo para makahanap ng ibang formula.

I can probably agree with senator Sotto with this BUT kahit pa siguro existing na iyang mga batas na iyan na nauugnay sa RH BILL may pagkakaiba pa rin dahil ang bawat batas na ito ay pinag isa na para sa malawakang solution sa problemang women rights, children rights, family rights, population management and helth care na. Ang batas kase ay para ding experemento na dapat maobserbahan ang mga ito kung ano talaga ang mga impacts nito sa bayan at taong bayan.
