There is no doubt at all that for the first few days of the "Riots" the police stood back and allowed the chaos to ensue , under orders no doubt from above, then we are led to believe , they mustered their forces to stop it , Bollocks total bollocks, if it was Buckingham Palace they stormed it would have been crushed in an hour !

"trigger more violence" that is what they want. If there isn't more violence then they can't continue with the next step in their plan. If everything is calming down then declaring martial law won't make sense and it will be obvious to more people as to what is really going on.
