September 25, 2009 Univision (KUVS 19 Sacramento) Coverage of "The Day of Remembrance for Murder Victims" vigil on the West Steps of the State Capitol. The event was sponsored by the Sacramento Chapter of Parents of Murdered Children (POMC). Speakers included Debbie Lowe and Barbara Ramirez of POMC, Julie Nauman, Executive Officer of VCGCB and CalVCP, Susan Fischer, Governor Schwarzenegger's Victim Advocate, Chaplain Mindi Russell, Sacramento Deputy DA Anne Marie Schubert, Mark Tyndale, VP of Sacramento Police Officers Association and more.
