Here's one of my most popular creations--purple sushi rolls!

Mom and I love eating the rice color spectrum--white, brown, pink, red, purple, black, sweet, glutinous, wild and mixed! Whole grains are good for you with more fiber and a variety of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

My cooking demos are easy, healthy and use creative, mix 'n' match ingredients so you don't have to sacrifice your waistline, time or budget!

The sushi masters may be turning over in their graves, but Natalie's Purple Sushi is the bomb! Your friends and family will be SO impressed if you make or bring them for a party, picnic or potluck! If you're in Atlanta, invite me over for a sushi house party with friends and we'll wok 'n' roll together!

  • Just roaming around, watching cooking videos, giving thumbs up along the way. Great video, I enjoyed it.

  • It's Lychee ^_^

  • This is AWESOME. Never thought to be so flexible with my sushi. Also, I've been looking for this purple rice for a long time......thanks to your video, I now know to look for black rice in the store. Purple rice is delicious.

  • very helpful thank you !

  • I honestly did not know there were other colors of rice other than white or brown... not including wild rice of course >.>, but I want to thank you... your video was very informative for me. I want to learn to make sushi and there are classes here (Reno, NV) but I don't want to pay $100 lol. So thanks :)
