IC2 Institute Demo-Liquid Leak Detection/Controller RF Monitoring

The IC2 Institute of the University of Texas at Austin works with selected innovators participating in technology commercialization programs around the world to bring them our research brain trust and expertise. By collaborating our expertise with global technology experts and various research and business organizations, our programs have uncovered some exceedingly good technologies in unexpected areas around the world. Where appropriate, we will introduce established U.S. organizations to these innovators to accelerate their commercialization. The University of Texas does not ask or receive a fee for bringing these companies together. This leak detection technology was a winning finalist at our December 2008 innovation competition.

YUMIN S.T Co., Ltd. has been focusing on the development of alarm system technology that
can detect various risk factors always subject to occurrence in the manufacturing lines
based on the technical ability acquired from the fabrication. Maintenance, repair and A/S
work of automation equipment in the field of semiconductor (pre-process, post-process)
and LCD industry for years.

Therefore, YUMIN S.T Co., Ltd. has developed property sensors and various alarm system
software to prevent big accidents by finding leakage problems that can happen in wet
etchers, various chillers, photo process equipment, D.I water suppliers, other chemical
solution supply equipment, etc. among semiconductor equipment.

As a result, YUMIN S.T Co.. Ltd. has applied property leak sensors and controllers of
adhesive film type by developing circuit design technology and leak sensing circuit
technology on the PET film (about 100㎛~150㎛) independently. So this product is a
diverse and reliable one to provide more excellent installation conditions, managerial
easiness, leak distance detection, etc. than other competitors (imports).

Besides, YUMIN S.T Co., Ltd. has realized manless automatic watch networking by having
access to the monitoring system at the central office via cables or radios through
installing this leak detection sensor film at each leak risk element (site).
