  • Its sad what happened to many Africans who were dragged to the US in chains but this video you can see where modern hip hop, pop style dancing came from...It think the entire world has to admit that if it wasnt for African American's, modern music and dance would not exist in its current form...

  • i looooove it :)

  • Work it out, young sistas"!!!!

  • @HOP499 Don't expect them to understand this.

    They're not us.

    They don't TRULY understand us.

They think that being ghanaian is like being nigerian or south african or togolese and so on.

My god they can't even find our countries on the map.

It's has been a long time since i've stopped telling them that AFRICA IS NOT A COUNTRY BUT A FUCKING CONTINENT.

  • ¡Me encanta!

  • I do African dance. But our moves r tight and togetger

  • Hop, I bet you enjoy the rosy smell of your dung as well. I take several styles of west African dance, and each teacher teaches dances from many different tribes. But at the end of the day, it's people dancing together to the rhythm of the drum. And we call it African dance, because no matter where you come or go from, the effect is the same. The dance styles may change, but unlike other general cultures, african dance is always about unity, community, spirituality, honor, and fun. Try hoppin

  • I gotta say this is not "AFRICAN DANCING" because it is not specific to any region, ethnic group or part of Africa - looks like random steps put together they felt were "African"

    A for effort though

  • @PIlotrcm You mean the "souljah boy dance" "dougie" "Aunt Jackie" and all the cooning we see?!

I am an African American and even I know not to brag about that crap!

Respect the dance of your ancestors - don't come on an African video tryna give yourself props!

  • @PIlotrcm don't be ignorant where do you think hip hop came from? it all can from African dance, some musician have even admitted to copying African dance styles. I think they did a great job GOOD JOB GIRLS LOVE IT
