Prince William and Kate Middleton visit the Institute de tourisme et hotellerie du Quebec

Britain's Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton, arrive at Montreal's institute de tourisme et hotellerie du Quebec on Saturday July 2, 2011. The 42 room training hotel was founded in 1968. Canada is the first stop on the first international tour by the Royal couple.

I am a French Canadian who studies at McGill University. What's the problem? Those separatists give a bad name for the rest of all French Canadians across Canada. Maybe these separatists should stop playing the victims and realize that every province has its own problems. The world does not give a shit about Quebec. Finally, before shouting their fucking language laws, maybe they start by writing and speaking French correctly. A lot of kids fail French classes. Go figure...

@inspecteurbronco you see the guy who call me "French-Quebecer", it's the same. They try to take over Québec, they want us to be a minority, they want to destroy our identity. They want to call themselves Quebecers and re-name us "French-Quebecers". This is typical English assimilation tactic. It's like if the English who invaded Ireland would have call themselves Irish, re-name the real Irish "Celtic-Irish".

@inspecteurbronco I agree, we were the first "Canadiens", in the past Canada was only Québec. The word Canadiens was synonym of french speaking catholic. English started calling themselves Canadians at the beggining of the 1900's and they re-name us "French canadian" like second class citizen. They put us in minority and tryied to assimiliate us. Canada as such was created in 1534, not in 1867. June 24 use to be the National day of the "Canadiens", now it is Québec National day.
