And now comes the tribute the the Unites Systems Colonial Marines, formerly the United States Colonial Marines. I suppose there's lots of xeno badassery in here, too... But it's kinda what happens in the Aliens books. I mean, they took the Earth from us in under a year and nine months. Still, the focus is the marines, who generally seem to wind up on top of the situation and who just generally kick ass, be it human or alien.
This time, I actually got to use music I enjoy. "Out of Reach" by Voltaire. (Album: Almost Human. A personal favorite.) Still having trouble figuring out what to use for the predator tribute coming up. "Where's Your Head At" seems perfect title-wise, but good god I can't stand it...
Comics Used:
Aliens: Apocalypse, the Destroying Angels
Aliens Book 1 (AKA Aliens: Earth Hive)
Aliens Book 2 (AKA Aliens: Nightmare Asylum)
Aliens vs Predator: Duel
Dark Horse Presents: Aliens
Try looking for them at tfaw.com.
EDIT: For the record. I'm not really so pleased with the video itself. Eveyr time I watch it I find something else I want done differently, and what I'd really like to do is get a group of AvP2 players in a private level with one predator player to record everything, and to act out scenes for a remake. But chances are it's not happening.
awesome compilation. who does the music?

@tagala777 It's mentioned in the description, but it's Voltaire's "Out of Reach" from his Almost Human album.

what comic book at 0:31 and at 0:46
marcus7665 2 years ago
0:31 was from the original first issue, which was novelized as Earth Hive. Same with 0:46.

does that mean I can or can't buy it and does it mean the one I saw on amazon was it or not?

I really couldn't ssay if it was the one you saw on Amazon or not... But try looking for the first Aliens Omnibus collection, it would contain and start off with the comic, probably now newly colored. Since they're restarting all three series in comic form soon, they've been releasing collections of all the old books.
