#16 - Rockmeisha

------------------------------------------------
Rockmeisha is not your usual Japanese izakaya. Situated in the West
Village, the establishment reflects owner and chef Kondo Toshiaki's
Hakata heritage and his love of yatai (food stalls). Nihon New York
stopped by to taste his uniquely delicious small plates and to learn
more about the regional cuisine that he hopes to keep alive through this
small yet bustling outpost in New York City.
Please visit Rockmeisha at: 11 Barrow Street, New York, NY
and visit Peter Noble's website at: http://www.oxenburgh.com/
Music: "Ohayo Mada Yaro" by Yura Yura Teikoku

cool episode. i like the flow. but what the heck is with the white guy's pronunciation of caaaaanji. and he shouldn't continue to take japanese classes if he just finds them absurd.
