We process each order in three stages: * In the first stage, our transcribers then transcribe whatever is possible as per our guidelines and submit what is called the raw transcript. Parts which are inaudible or incomprehensible are marked with blanks. * The second stage is a review process where our reviewers go through the raw transcript and correct it. Timestamps and speaker initials are also added at this stage. The remaining blanks are timestamped. *The third stage is the final proofreading stage. We have developed our own in house system to manage this whole process. There are various benefits of this process. * We ensure that there are at least two different people working on each file, one transcriber and reviewer thus ensuring a higher quality of transcription. * We are consistent because we publish a comprehensive set of guidelines for our transcribers and reviewers. Our transcribers and reviewers are highly experienced and trained. We also provide a free re-review if the transcript quality is not satisfactory. In case we detect a very poor audio quality file, we refund the complete amount for the order.
