how long does it take for you to upload your videos to youtube from the Vado HD for a certain file size? My Vado HD takes a really long time to upload to the internet. Is this normal? What do you recommend so that my upload time would be faster? Does my computer specifications matter or is it all dependent on my internet connection speed?

Hi, I like your videos but have a question about this Vado 3rd Gen. I cannot get rid of the hiss that is very apparent when the room is dead quiet. I have tried 2 good mics with it too and I get exactly the same problem. Any suggestions? Have I just got a dud one and need to send it back or is this commonplace with them all. Great picture but terrible hiss - please advise if you can.

The Vado HD is an amazing device. The video quality is much, much better than all of the other pocket camcorders out there. The only pocket camera that trumps it is the Kodak Zi8, because of its 1080p and 60fps recording modes.

@Henshrow Ive seen someone conduct an interview and record a music performance with it using a great external mic and it sounded pretty good considering it cost no more than $200. I personally dont have the camera, but I think I might buy this one or the Zi8 by Kodak
