  • Afterthought, the end is fitting I think. For me it shows that our decision may ripple, causing unintended consequence.

  • As for those who think the bestiality is weird, I think you take this too literally. Maybe he chose the squid to portray something beautiful that can't be trusted. The perils of foolish lust! A man and a squid could never work, that's the point I believe.
