  • Great video, if I was to send you a video response looking at my posture and explaining to you my pain and demonstrating range of movement etc do you think you would be able to give me a good analysis of my posture and which muscles need rebalancing. I have had a rotated and uplift right hip which is now back in alignment however I still have very stiff erectis spinae and large thick over developed left glute muscle. Also when bending forward I have stretching tightness in my calves etc.
