I love this song, it's actually about a mental disorder... Bipolar to be exact, all he's asking for.. is for his mind to give him a break.... Like alot of mental diseases... rather bipolar, or whichever... Blue October brings awareness to suicide and to let people know there not alone in this sad pathetic cruel world!!!! Love Em' !!!!

@MonsterMisunderstood Actually yes.. the symptoms arent always the same but usually include slowed thoughts or racing thoughts rage outbursts depression thoughts of suicide etc. Goto your nearest ER and tell them you want to be admitted to the psych unit and then be truthful to the doctors

I want help but I'm not really sure how to get it from anyone.
