its rare a man can change his style to fit his age and pull it off excellently

Drumming is not that far of Rat's, the bass is horrible and keyboard just doesn't go with this song.

One of the best rock shows i ever attended in 1979 [?] -- The Damned -- Americus Hotel, Allentown PA USA -- Great post,thank you!! Hope someone will do same for Friday show. I have the "New Rose" single w/picture sleeve and am proud to say my daughter's fave song in '79 was "Smash It Up" - she was 1yr old at the time !!!

Yes, interesting that they are on two nights in a row. They are also playing live tonight in Hollywood.
