Me and Bobby McGee (Janis Joplin cover) - CRB

CRB at YMCA Camp Arrowhead - July 2008. The event was "Under the Sun & Stars," a fundraiser for the YMCA Invest in Youth Campaign. Because the temperature was over 90 degrees, the audience was way in the back, under shade. CRB, The Classic Rock & Blues Band, is a 7-piece cover band based in Rochester, NY. The band plays classic rock and blues songs primarily from the 1970s and 1980s. The band is inactive but will reunite for the right gig!

This was a charity gig in which we performed without compensation. We were running the sound from the stage and didn't have a sound guy, thus the imperfect mix. But thanks for the compliment!

great job, as close to her voice as I have heard.A little more soul perhaps but defiantly a close match for her voice. You are a very good singer.

Nice cover, instrumentally sounds pretty good. If the sound balance that day was anything like what we hear on this recording...well, I'd fire the sound man. Terrible mix...very good band.
