@Lostfaith1980 have you found relief yet, a year later? I also have chronic bloating.. it is very frustrating, it comes with almost every meal.

Obviously I cant take those forever to treat this symptom and I'd prefer to find the root cause. The results of the Barium enema are pending though my doctor believes nothing will be found.
Why am I putting this out in the internet? In the hopes of finding some sort of advice that could help. I cant seem to eat anything solid without bloating and distension. And I certainly dont wish to live my life with this pain. Any helpful and reliable advice from anyone would be appreciated. Thankyou.

I've had a case of chronic uncomfortable bloating for a year now with disdending (Spelling?) . Recently my doctor sent me for two hospital examinations to have x-ray images of my bowel taken via a Barium enema.
I have been given medications to aid in the passing of stool but they don't help with the bloating unless my bowel is completely emptied.
And then obviously come hunger pains.
Strangely the symptoms were alleviated greatly while taking anti-biotics for sinusitis.
