Thank you for your response. One can not steal fairly; this is a lesson learned. The United States would not have become a world power except that it eventually spread from Atlantic to Pacific ("Manifest Destiny"). Now the United States, for redemption from its sin of theft, must make sure that justice flows like a mighty river across the land. In other words, when we were children we did childish things, now we must grow up and clean up the mess we made when we were growing up.
