Very true, there are hard workers in the industry. A lot of what ppl saw with ML is changing.. partially from really strict compliance from BoA and the stigma that's depleting from new hires like yourself just trying to make a living, help people in need, and to prove themselves. Keep truckin' in the PMD program man.

i wouldnt blame the bankers, blame the govt! IF you were one of the bankers and got a 25m payout, arent you entitled to spend it as you wish? the govt should have been more aware of exactly where the 25b of funds were going!!!

ML is the worst place to work for. My wife works at Hopewell Campus- bldg 5. It is THE MOST POLITICAL environment and you need to suck up to survive else you will not. They do not have any damn process and it is the most chaotic environment as I can understand from the weekend calls they have during application rollout etc. They suckup and blame through the call and hang-up.

There are lots of good people in this industry just trying to support their families. Please don't attack us when we call. The risky decisions were made long before anybody lowly enough to be calling you ever joined and they happenned at levels well above our heads.

I work for ML/ BOA as a broker.
I 've been here for a year and I make only 45k/yr.
I have a wife, a little boy, and we're taking care of her mom who has alzheimer's.
I served as a Naval Officer during Enduring and Iraqi Freedom.
