@TFHornet Great question. it depends on how good you want your handles to be. I would recommend anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour total or 4-8 minutes on each drill. Remember that you're building muscle memory, so the more you do, the more your muscles will remember and it will become 2nd nature.

Youre doing fine brotha. The one thing I would recommend is practice the drills I have in this video so you get better at dribbling without moving your feet. You have to start with the basics 1st if you want to have a sick crossover etc.
