hey i got threw all the jailbreaking stuff and then at the end it says could not restore the ipod "ipod" and then it says error {13} can yuh please help me ?

hey when i hold shift and click restore. and double click on custom firmware, it says the ipod could not be restored because the firmware file is not compatible. what do i do?
