@lordofgangstas to understand why fire warrior was released at 2003 and THQ made the bolter not semi automatic in 2004 they made the bolter automatic and not exploding ones

why can a tau carry a bolter when they have the armstength of a child?

@aekhoo I know,but what I'm referring to is games in which the bolter shoots ordinary bullets.I'm glad that Space Marine did turn out to have a more authentic bolter.

@aekhoo Yes, a typical bolter can go full-auto. I think what the guy meant was that games like Dawn of War tend to make bolters just sound like modern large-caliber machine guns, all BANG-BANG-BANG and ignoring the roar of each bolt's rocket propellant carrying it to the target. This game gets the sound right, and it's sad that more modern games don't.

Just a question, can the plasma gun really charge up like that or is that another thing made up for the game? (i think it would explode if it charged up like that)

@IFM2002 i dont see a problem with an guardsmen using an tainted or chaos bolter :P
