Despite Al Gore's claim that the earth has a fever, which must be remedied with legislation and carbon taxes, global climate change is normal! "Denier" Patrick Michaels, Senior Fellow in Environmental Studies at the CATO Institute, offers insight on the other side of the debate: climate change has existed throughout the history of the earth, man made global warming does not have a significant impact on the environment, and the economic calamity proposed by proponents of a carbon tax will be far more disastrous.
