Agreed. Even bulldogs that are able to swim, their stamina will not allow them to stay afloat for very long. It is absolutely necessary for Bulldogs to wear floaties if they are to swim.

No, they can NOT swim. There are a small portion of the bulldog population that do swim, but as a rule the bulldog is too short legged and top heavy. They will sink straight to the bottom.--
we learned the hard way he was seconds from death and thanks to our awesome vet he is still with us today.
