@33ksenya You should use only organic coffee and also roasted. there are special ones specifically for enemas also. you can google it

Would you recommend adding zeolite powder along with the Chlorella since it is reported to be very effective in absorbing heavy metals?. For someone like myself who has very high levels of mercury, lead and other metals how many enemas could I use per day / per week to maximize effectiveness?. Thank you in advance.

@MisterE103 Hold it for 12 to 15 minuts. This will clean the whole blood supply of the body. It takes 3 minuts for all the body's blood supply to be filtered through the Liver, so 12 minutes will cleanse the blood 4 times and remove alot of toxins. (coffee enema)

I am sure many guys feel freaky, who have never had an enema. Something going UP the ying-yang may seem unnatural, but enemas and suppositories are the exception to the rule. Sometimes you need an enema or suppository to help your body function normally again. you're not gay. Enemas are therapeutic.

Speaking of Heavy Metal DETOX - what happens when someone drops and shatters one of those Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs that are LOADED with Mercury - would this Enema help with that? Now that the USA, UK and Canada are going to make these Mercury bombs (CFL) bulbs mandatory, I imagine there is going to be a lot of mercury poisoned people.
