continued: and so did i and the kids were removed from the home and sent to live with their grandma who got permanent custody of them because of how badly they were neglected they are safe and happy now they love being witht their grandma.and the parents moved out a week after cps took the kids no one has heard or seen them since.i dont regret calling cps and i never will.if i see a child being abused or neglected id call cps in a heartbeat.

The Judge has spoken his sentence - only 11 1/2 prison for their crime against lea-Sophie. 11 1/2 years for the over 70 that they stole her. 11 1/2 years for all the pain and hunger she went through over the months till this innocent child died. 11 1/2 years for all those children that will never be because their potential mother wasn't given a chance. 11 1/2 years for the parents of a small child who was only allowed to watch whilst they ate their dinner.... 11 1/2 years a scandal!

I think you're can not judge the parents when you not involved in this case. You had to know the whole story. And when I read that you say the mother killed their child I get angry because you only informed by the media which prejudge the parents...I wont come to the mothers defence but she didnt starved her daughter... It's a false presentation...

I saw a picture of lea-sophie (again today) as she was photographed for the autopsie. She was skin and bone, her body was full of sores and open wounds. I couldn't reconise that this was a child. Judge? it took months for Lea-Sophie to starve to death, the parents had to eat - why didn't lea-Sophie?

The mandatory sentence for child murderers and abusers should be death! They shouldnt get put into prison for a short period of time with other perverts and monsters where they can gather information and new ideas on what to do next time. visit my page an follow the link to my website theres a petition for Jareds Law asking for the mandatory sentence to be death OR life without parole. I believe in God but just in case there isn't one and the parents don't get their punishment we should be insuring pain beyond measure while their alive, imagine the injustice that these people just die a normal death like the rest of us and then nothing ..... if there's no hell we should show them what hell would look like.

Some people just deserve every ounce of Karma and bad luck they deserve for abusing/killing kids. This is just sad. I am so grateful for the mother that I have...

I saw an old man strike down a small child of maybe two years old. He had pulled him behind his car so no one would see. I found a police man and he told me that it was in their culture and that we shouldn't get involved. It was so sad. I felt so helpless, helpless to save that child if the people that we depend on to protect them refuse.

A man walking by, pulled me asside after hearling what I had done and thanked me. I asked him why. He he had wished someone would have done that for him.

what i find worst about these stories is that i know of tons of people and i know there are more out there that would gladly take in these kids if their parents didnt want them. its a wasted life that could have been saved.
