  • DID YOU HEAR THAT FUCKING PUSSYS A MAN FIGHTS FROM THE SHOULDERS

  • This is really good. I am just starting to do fighting workouts and needed to know how to throw the proper punches. I only wish that you would have filmed the movments farther out so I could see how the lower body matched with the upper body. I will use this site a lot until I get the movements down. Thank you for shareing this information.

  • 1:00 BINGO WINGS!!!!

True, but's that's not the only reason.

In History most leaders/ teachers also knew martial arts [fighting]/other sports, because some studies show that physical endurance also boosts your character [obviously] and your mental capabilities.

So if you are desk worker -> Get some martial arts/boxing/ acrobatics/ etc to keep your mind sharp.

Physical and Mental balance for the win.

  • @kay4dee08 I am lazy computer geek, but i clearly can say:

"That's why most fighters/runners etc. warm up after they get up to reduce the risk of injury if you make an random fight encounter. "

It's always good to warm up.

But i don't know how long that warm up "lasts" until the muscles get stiff again.
