Live Heartbeat of PSQ UOP

Using Max MSP it contacts the ArchOS dasta froma website, downloadsd this to a matrix, saves it as a text file. Text file is then fed through an XML reader that strips unwanted data leaving the content which is then sent out to it's corresponding lights. The higher the numbers means the more energy being used hence the lights flash faster. The data also controls the hearbeat audio loop, again the more energy being used the faster it sounds and vice versa.
