  • Downloading the vid after work, pretty interested to watch! Keep them coming, it sounds like a great way to have a seminar experience from home.

  • @Swarren7630 Don't think bio-mechanical with this stuff, think in terms of accessing the nervous system via mobility in one area to affect another. Message me and I'll give you some resources. You can also visit the Z-Health website zhealth.net

  • @Swarren7630 Static and Dynamic Stretching both work fine for what they are, but I generally find the R and I Phase Drills to be more effective and just make people happier in general. The ankle tilts allow us to access the nervous system in a manner that makes the hamstring less dysfunctional. You can find out more info at zhealth.net
